When a booking has been completed on www.bargainflights.com you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your flight itinerary. The subject line of this email is ‘Booking Confirmation’ and it contains your booking numbers, flight itinerary details and invoice. Here is a sample of the Booking Confirmation email.

When completing a booking on www.bargainflights.com the baggage allowance for your selected flights will be displayed online in the Itinerary Summary.

To reconfirm a flight booking that has been completed on www.bargainflights.com please contact the airline directly. We recommend that you reconfirm your flight with the relevant supplier directly, at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure date and time.

If you wish to add frequent flyer information to your booking after it has been made online, please contact the airline directly.

In some circumstances, the airline may need to make changes to flight departure times. The airline is solely responsible for schedule changes and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of a schedule change affecting your flight booking when the information is made available to us.

If you wish to cancel your flight booking please note that many airfares are non-refundable based on the rules set by the airline. If cancellations are possible, the airline may charge a cancellation fee.

There are no booking fees when completing a booking online at www.bargainflights.com.

When completing a booking on www.bargainflights.com credit card fees apply. The credit card fee will be displayed online in the ‘Itinerary Summary’ once credit card details have been entered and before a booking has been completed.
